Hotel Horizont Resort offers accommodation in 61 rooms of various categories. Standard, Family Superior or Exclusive Suite rooms and De Luxe apartments. The total capacity of the hotel is 122 fixed beds and 32 extra beds, for a total of 154 guests.
The hotel’s highlights include the exclusive private rooftop area, the Vip Sky Lounge, a mountain wellness centre made of cedar wood offering classic relaxation massages and other wellbeing services, and a Thai massage centre with masseuses from Thailand.
Horizont offers a wide range of conference facilities adapted to the latest requirements in the fields of events, trainings, congresses, weddings, teambuilding days and corporate events. We offer the space and flexibility of a variable congress hall for 220 people, a meeting room, a business lounge, a VIP lounge and exterior spaces in the beautiful hotel grounds.
Who we are
TATRA TRADING INTERNATIONAL s.r.o. was founded in 1997 and has provided accommodation and related services in the HORIZONT*** hotel.
The hotel is located in the village of Stará Lesná in the Tatra region of Slovakia. The advantageous geographical location, good transport accessibility, extensive natural and cultural-historical potential in the region and excellent conditions for winter and summer tourism have already ranked Horizont amongst some of the most significant hotels Slovakia. Thanks to EU support for the implementation of new project in the region, an attractive hotel facility was created after reconstruction in 2016 that was capable of successfully responding to the requirements of target groups. This created accessible, high-standard tourism services with year-round use which were not available in the vicinity of Stará Lesná until now.
The newly built congress hall has kickstarted congress and business event tourism, which has the synergistic effect of enabling more efficient and considered use of existing accommodation capacities and gastronomic services. The congress hall is used all year round not only for corporate events, but also for various social, cultural and family events. The exceptional location of the hotel with beautiful views of the Lomnický štít peak and the wide range of exceptional wellness services are sure to delight every visitor to the resort.
